The Control and Services Department includes a group of specialists who deal with
all sub–units in the company. They coordinate with suppliers and government
agencies to prepare a comprehensive and integrated guidance to ensure the
planning process.
Effective project management The department’s scope of work includes managing
contracts, conducting evaluations, preparing tenders for projects, completing
procurement work for projects, controlling quality, health and safety, and the
department is fully committed to maintaining quality, transparency and integrity at
all stages of the project until completion and beyond.
